Refunds & Exchanges


Please be aware that once an order has been placed we are unable to alter the order, so please ensure you select the correct size and/or colour before confirming your order. 

If you notice you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please email ASAP, as once the item has left the store we are unable to make any changes.


We understand buying online can be a more difficult experience than buying in person, therefore we are happy to answer any questions you have regarding any products on our website. For any questions please email

Products with prints: Please be aware that print placement may vary slightly between sizes. This is not deemed as a faulty product.


Returns are excepted within 7 days of purchase.

Before sending your item(s) back for return, please email at which time you will be given the return address and any other details need for the return. 

When returning an item, it must be in an unworn/unwashed condition, with all tags attached, and the receipt must be included in the return.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds/credits for any return postage.

Once we have received the item back in store and have ensured it meets all return criteria, we will then issue you with a refund.

Please note we cannot expect any returns/exchanges on jewelry for hygiene reasons.


At Mangowood, we understand that buying online can be a tricky process, and that you are unable to try on the product before purchasing. We also know that the sizes vary from brand to brand.

Due to this, we are happy to offer a full refund for any items purchased online, on condition they meet all return criteria. We unfortunately do not refund any shipping costs.

This refund policy only covers purchases made online. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for purchases made in store. Instead you can choose to exchange your product, or receive a credit note that will be valid for six months to put towards any purchases made in store. 


Found a product you love but need a different size? We are happy to offer exchanges for products whenever possible. Please be aware this might not always be possible in situations where your size is no longer available or it is a popular product. Please email if you wish to exchange an item.


All sale items marked in the product description as final sale are unable to be returned for a refund/exchange or credit, subject to the Australian Consumer Law.  


At Mangowood, we have very stringent checks on all products to ensure no faulty products are sent out to customers. On the rare you receive a faulty product please email We will then organise for a replacement product to be sent out to you. If a replacement is not available, we will then organise a refund.


We happily offer pre-orders on popular styles and brands throughout the year. All delivery dates are given to us in good faith from the brand, and we do our best to keep these, but please note they are an estimate only and could be subject to change. If a major delay occurs, we will notify any pre-order customers of this. Payment for any items purchased on pre-order is required at the time of purchasing. Our normal returns policy applies to all pre-orders.


Mangowood is happy to offer AFTERPAY as a payment method upon check out. When returning an item purchased using AFTERPAY the refund process is completed by AFTERPAY, not Mangowood. As AFTERPAY is a third party, once we have notified them that the return is to be processed, we are unable to do any further. Any issues with monies not being correctly refund must go through AFTERPAY.
